San Lorenzo Bikinis Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in every aspect of operations. Will be responsible for inventory control, including maintaining daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished, receive and record new stock, and monitoring product sales.  The ASM will help recruit, coach, and motivate store associates to consistently provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience, and to ensure that the team is performing store operations effectively.
 
Job Description:
- Responsible for merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts.
- Assist to Recruit, hire and train a successful team in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising while offering developmental opportunities.
- Help plan and execute store events and promotions. 
- Must be able to implement and enforce standard operating procedure among the staff.
- Must be able to react to the business and re-merchandise accordingly after sell-through of product. Must utilize and manage product knowledge and sell-through to analyze and communicate business results to the corporate office.
- Basically assist the Store Manager in all Store Procedures. 
 
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of fashion Retail experience.
- Inventory Management experience is a plus.
- Excellent ability to train and motivate staff.
- High flexibility with schedule required
- Good computer and math proficiency
- Knowledge of LightSpeed/POS is a plus
