We are a leading women’s swimwear and clothing boutique, specializing in chic beachwear and accessories. Our store managers are leading brand ambassadors and prime examples in delivering superior customer service and product knowledge. They are expected to have advanced experience in specialty retail and also possess sales-driven skills and abilities.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Customer Service Expert:
  • Shows the desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best San Lorenzo Bikinis shopping experience.
  • Models and supervises the sales floor experience and provides consistent coaching on selling efforts to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
  • Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate that information to the store team as well as our customers.
  • Leads by example with the achievement of personal sales goals and contributing to the store’s overall sales goals.
Building Brand Equity:
  • Hires, trains, and motivates a sales team that effectively represents and communicates the San Lorenzo Bikinis brand to our customers.
  • Understands and is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to our team and customers.
  • Shows the desire and ability to work as a part of a team to ensure that brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversees all of the daily tasks, per company directive, to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversees the processing of all POS transactions to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
  • Maintains the store’s payroll budget and hours allocation by creating and reviewing the schedules and adjusting them as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Role Specific:
  • Uses clear and concise communication to ensure the team is on the same level of understanding with sales plans, personal goals, measurable results that contribute to the store’s overall sales goals.
  • Achieves financial success through the improvement of measurable statistics that positively impact the store’s performance.
  • Analyzes and reacts to business trends regarding assortment, communicating sell through, stock levels, and opportunities to increase sales to the District Manager.
  • Communicates customer feedback and quality issues to the District Manager to improve customer service and sales.
Qualifications:
 
Education and Experience Required:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • Comfortable in making decisions in the moment and mediating conflict within a team based environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Exudes professional sales development and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs to the business.
  • Proficient in windows-based software such as excel, word and internet applications.
