Responsibilities:
 
Customer Service Expert:
  • Shows the desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best San Lorenzo Bikinis shopping experience.
  • Models and supervises the sales floor experience and provides consistent coaching on selling efforts to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
  • Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate that information to the store team as well as our customers.
  • Leads by example with the achievement of personal sales goals and contributing to the store’s overall sales goals.
Building Brand Equity:
  • Understands and is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to our team and customers.
  • Shows the desire and ability to work as a part of a team to ensure that brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
Operational Excellence:
  • Completes and supervises all of the daily tasks, per company directive, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to accurately manage the processing of all POS transactions to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
  • Assists the Store Manager with maintaining the payroll budget by managing schedules and making necessary adjustments within when the business permits.
Role Specific:
  • Communicates merchandise sell through, business trend information, product issues, and customer feedback to the Store Manager in order to increase customer service and sales.
  • Assists the Store Manager with financial success through improvement of measurable results that positively impact the store’s performance.
  • Uses clear and concise communication to ensure the team is on the same level of understanding with sales plans, personal goals, measurable results that contribute to the store’s overall sales goals.
Qualifications:
 
Education and Experience Needed:
  • Minimum level of education needed is a High School Diploma; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • Comfortable in making decisions in the moment and mediating conflict within a team based environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Exudes professional sales development and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs to the business.
  • Proficient in windows-based software such as excel, word and internet applications.
